The firm handles all aviation litigation matters including air disaster, product liability, premises liability, tort, breach of warranty and breach of contract cases. We can also assist clients with transactional aviation needs such as aircraft aquisitions and can represent clients in administrative proceedings before the Federal Aviation Administration.
