Casey L. Griffith

Casey L. Griffith is a patent attorney who concentrates his practice in the area of intellectual property litigation. Mr. Griffith is experienced in litigating myriad intellectual property rights, including patents, trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets. He has represented small and large corporations, and managed all phases of a lawsuit, from filing, to trial, and appeal. The technical subject matter of the litigation in which he has participated has been quite diverse, and includes medical devices, road safety devices, nutritional supplements, online relationship services, hand tools, and radar detectors. Mr. Griffith takes pride in looking beyond the surface to find and develop creative solutions on behalf of his clients.

Mr. Griffith is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and is a member of the bars of the States of Texas, Missouri and Kansas. He also is admitted to practice before the United States Courts of Appeals for the Federal and Tenth Circuits and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, Southern, and Western Districts of Texas, District of Colorado, District of Kansas and Western District of Missouri.

Mr. Griffith is a graduate of the University of Kansas, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science. Before completing his degree at Kansas, Mr. Griffith attended Texas A&M University, where he majored in nuclear engineering and was a member of the Corps of Cadets. He also earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the University of Kansasin 1998. During his studies, Mr. Griffith has completed coursework in a wide-range of technical areas, including electrical engineering, computer science, biology, chemistry, and particularly physics.
