
Mandy Jenkins
Mandy Jenkins joined Carstens & Cahoon, LLP as an associate in 2008. Her primary practice area is patent law, with an emphasis on patent prosecution.
Mandy earned her law degree from Baylor University School of Law in May 2008, graduating cum laude. While in law school, she served as evidence coach for the 2008 National Mock Trial team and participated in intramural sports. Her coursework included classes on patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and an independent study with a patent litigation attorney.
Mandy graduated summa cum laude from Texas A&M University in May 2005 with a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry. During her undergraduate career, she completed a summer internship for a leading petro-chemical company and served as a supplemental instruction leader in organic chemistry for chemistry majors for two years. She was an active member of the pre-law society and chemistry club.
Mandy is a registered patent agent with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, having passed the patent bar exam in 2007.
